Unfortunately, all the files uploaded on eSnips are no longer available for downloading. The files may still be out there, but the only way to recover them is to contact the Support team. Their official email address is [email protected]. From what it seems, you can't access your files because the eSnips developers were unable to prevent malware from being uploaded and the website was full of viruses.
